Energy Invoice

Description

The requirement is that through RPA the various Municipality Portals are accessed and all-new rent and electricity invoices are downloaded.  The downloaded invoices are then automatically sent to both the Remedy mailbox (for tracking and monitoring purposes) and auto-forwarded to the collector mailbox for verification and processing.

The requirement is that through RPA the bot iterates through the retrieved pdf’s, ‘scrapes’ the required information, and consolidates all the data within an excel report which is sent to the business.
